The Siemens (Siemens Landis+Gyr) LDU11... control is designed for use with shut-off valves in connection with gas burners and gas appliances. In case of an inadmissible leakage, the system prevents the burner from starting. Its function is to check automatic gas valve (leak test), based on the principle of the pressure test. 

The Siemens LDU11... control conforms to the requirements of EN 1643 covering automatic shut-off valves for use with gas burners and gas appliances according to EN 161. 

It is for use in gas combustion installations with or without vent pipe to atmosphere.
